Mr. Hickson is a Managing Director in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group at Bank of America Merrill Lynch and is currently Head of Infrastructure M&A for North America. In this role Mr. Hickson has lead transactions in various sectors of Transportation, Energy and Power Infrastructure including Ports,

Toll Roads, Airports, Parking as well as Electric, Gas and Water Utilities.

Mr. Hickson’s relevant P3 experience includes assisting the City of Philadelphia in the potential profitization of PGW Gas Utility, advisor to Allegheny County in the potential privatization of Parking at the Pittsburgh Airport, advisor to the City of Chicago in the potential privatization of Chicago Midway airport and financial advisor to USPG in their potential IPO.

Mr. Hickson received his BS in Aerospace Engineering from Texas A&M University and his MBA in Finance and Economics from Columbia University.
